1: Connect With Our Team

Contact us to get the conversation started. We’ll appoint you a personal sales consultant and design specialist to assist you every step of the way. Your expert consultant will review all aspects of your project details with you, make recommendations based on our full-chain manufacturing capabilities (from design to shipment), and answer any questions. You can also use our online “Design Your Case” tool to preview adjustments like dimensions, logo placement, and interior materials.

Your expert consultant will review all aspects of your project detail with you, make design recommendations and answer any questions that you may have.

2: Submit Your Requirements

Once your needs are understood, share your specifications—such as watch capacity, style preferences, or special features like ultra-quiet Japanese motors under 25dB. Our team will create an initial 3D design concept, incorporating high-density boards, eco-friendly woods, leathers, or other premium materials. We’re happy to work with your ideas or existing plans.

3: Design & Material Confirmation

Within a few business days, you’ll receive a personalized proposal including 3D renders, material options (with comparisons to standard alternatives), and key details like our 0.3mm tolerance control and 18 quality inspection steps. Review the design, and contact your consultant with any questions or changes. We’ll incorporate feedback, such as material selections or custom patents, and send an updated proposal. Initial revisions are provided at no charge.

In some cases, highly complex customizations may require a small initial deposit. More detailed information on our process, including downloadable SGS reports and supplier environmental certificates, can be found on our site.

At any time during the design process, we’re happy to share material samples, factory tour videos, or team insights—like our R&D director’s 11 years of industrial design experience or quality engineer tests—for your review.

4: Prototype & Final Approval

Once the design is perfected with your confirmation, we’ll produce a prototype for validation. Approve the prototype, sign off on the final proposal, and we’ll request an initial deposit to proceed (varies by project scope). Your order will then be queued in our 5000㎡ production base, with an estimated lead time provided.

5: Manufacturing and Global Delivery

Our vertically integrated process ensures full control: from CNC cutting and dust-free painting to assembly and rigorous testing. Prior to shipping, we’ll request the final balance. Once complete, your order ships with tracking info, backed by our 99.6% on-time delivery rate to over 100 countries and annual shipments exceeding 800,000 units.

Our Service Process

01.(sales) inquiry (formal)

Customers inquire about product information through website messages, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and other means. Interpretation will arrange professional staff to communicate with customers within 24 hours to understand the needs.

02.Schematic Design

Customized solution design by the design team within 2 business days based on customer needs. Pictures showing the design team discussing the program, illustrating that the design cycle is typically [3-7] business days.

03.Proof Confirmation

Make samples and send them to customers for confirmation. Explain that the sample making time is [7-15] working days and the cost policy (subsequent customer orders up to 20,000 U.S. dollars, can be reduced by 100 U.S. dollars sampling fee, equivalent to free sampling), to ensure that customers are satisfied with the sample.

04.Production

Arrange the production after the production confirms the samples. Showing pictures of the production workshop, illustrating the company's strict production management system to ensure product quality.

05.Deliveries

Deliver products on time and provide logistics information tracking service.
