Q1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for a custom watch box or jewelry box?
A: For custom watch boxes, watch stands, jewelry boxes and jewelry stands, MOQ starts at 100 pieces. For watch rolls, MOQ starts at 200 pieces. Standard SKUs from our catalog can be shipped in smaller quantities on request.
Q2. How long does it take to get a 3D mockup and a physical sample?
A: A photorealistic 3D mockup is delivered within 8 hours of receiving your brief. A physical prototype ships within 10 to 15 days once the mockup is approved. Sample cost is refundable against the first production order.
Q3. Do you offer OEM and ODM services, and how do I brief you?
A: Yes. We accept both OEM (you supply the design; we manufacture) and ODM (we co-design based on your brand brief). NDA is signed before any design work begins.
Q4. What certifications do your products carry?
A: T.WING-PAK products are certified to UL (US), CE (EU), RoHS (hazardous substance compliance) and FSC (sustainable wood sourcing). Third-party SGS, Intertek and BV test reports are provided on request for wood, leather, paint, lining and adhesive materials.
Q5. What is the piano lacquer finish, and why does it matter for a luxury watch box?
A: Piano lacquer is a high-gloss finish built up through 12 to 13 hand-applied coats of polyurethane, each buffed before the next is applied. It is the same process used on grand pianos and is what gives high-end watch boxes their mirror-deep surface. Compared to a 3-coat spray finish, piano lacquer stays visually rich for 2 to 3 years of retail display without yellowing or dulling.
Q6. Which watch winder motor do you use, and how quiet is it?
A: For watch winder integrations we use Japanese Mabuchi silent motors, tested below 10 decibels. Turns Per Day (TPD) are adjustable between 300 and 2,200, with clockwise, counter-clockwise and bi-directional programs. Motors are rated for 20,000+ hours of continuous operation.
Q7. What are your payment and delivery terms?
A: Standard terms are 30% deposit by TT, 70% balance against B/L copy. LC at sight is also accepted for orders above USD 30,000. Incoterms supported: FOB Guangzhou, CIF or DDP to your port. Air, sea and courier shipping are all coordinated in-house.
Q8. Can I visit your factory, or do you attend trade shows?
A: Yes, factory visits at 4/F, No. 11 Liye Road, Nansha, Guangzhou are welcomed year-round — we arrange airport pickup from Guangzhou Baiyun (CAN), Hong Kong (HKG) or Shenzhen Bao’an (SZX).
